Due to the perishable nature of our premium ranch-raised meats, we are unable to accept physical returns once a shipment has left our facility. If your order arrives damaged or fails to meet our quality standards, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, please immediately inspect your package and ensure all meat products are still frozen or cool to the touch.
- 2.Document Issues
If there are discrepancies or damage, take clear photos of the product and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.

Email our ranch team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos of your shipment.
- 4.Resolution
Our team will review your claim and process a replacement shipment or issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
